| Chili Burritos with Cheese This recipe makes 10 servings and only has 4.6 grams fat per serving! Original recipe came from Dawn Hall 1 pkg, fat free tortilla shells 1 -16 oz fat free shredded cheddar cheese 1 pound ground beef eye of round (have your butcher or yourself grind it) 2 cans Hormel vegetarian chili (15 oz size each) Brown the ground eye of round and add both cans of chili and 6 oz of the cheese. Stir over medium low heat till cheese is completely melted. Put 1/10 of the beef- chili mixture in the middle of the soft tortilla shells and roll up. Sprinkle 1 oz of the shredded cheese on top. Microwave 10 to 15 seconds to melt the cheese. Serve warm. You can put your favorite salsa on top before you serve them, but be sure you use a fat free version and the salsa is not counted in the fat grams of the recipe; so figure what it is if you don't use a fat free version!
