2 cans od low-fat cresent rolls
1 can of fruit filling (I can find cherry and apple at Wal-Mart that has no added sugar and has splenda in it)
Butter flavored Pam
Splenda (if you need added sweetness)
dash salt
Take a rectangular pyrex dish and spray with Pam. Unroll (and try not to sepparate) one can of the cresent rolls. Spray again. Empty the fruit into the pan taking care to spread evenly. add a bit of Splenda if you prefer and the salt. Spray with Pam. Lay the second can of cresent rolls over the top to completely cover the fruit. Bake at 350* for approx. 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Tastes great with No-fat Cool Whip!!
(Dad calls it wind pudding)
