| Homemade Italian Spaghetti

1/2 pound low fat or fat free turkey smoked sausage, cut into slices
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cans (15 oz) each tomato sauce
2 cans (12 oz) each tomato paste
2 envelopes (1 1/2 oz) each Italian style spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
3 cups water
2 packets sweet N low
1 tsp oregano leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf, crumbled
Put smoked sausage, onion, green pepper and mushrooms
into 6 quart crockpot. Add remaining ingredients; cover
and cook on HIGH 1 hour, then turn down to LOW and cook
6 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti. You can also cover, simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally in a large pot on the stove.
