I will be glad to join in! I am on day 26 and it ain't bad! I have found because they give you 35 bonus points a week That I can take a day and slurge if I want or just use the extra a little at a time...or not at all. I love having options that don't include guilt!!!!
AND if anybody whats to know point value of a recipe revised or other wise I have a calculator for that...I just need to know calories ,fat and fiber...then I can tell ya!

cooked med red potato (1 point) diced, 1/2 c. eggbeaters(2pts.),1 sliceww bread broken into small peices(1/2 pt), and 1/4 c. chopped onions(1/4 pt)= mixed all together and fried in a sprayed with olive oil skillet. Took me home...as a child we ate a version of this often and it is a comfort food for me. Made this way was really good too and a large serving!
Crustless Pumpkin Pie -weight watchers
Whole Pie = 6 Points with skim milk - 9 points with evaporated skim milk
15 oz can pumpkin ( make sure this is 100% pumpkin,NOT pumpkin pie mix)
½ cup EggBeaters
1+1/2 cup skim evaporated milk
¾ cup Splenda (you can use ½ cup – depends on how sweet you want it)
½ teaspoon salt (you can use just a dash or leave it out completely)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (I prefer 1+1/2 teaspoons)
Beat all ingredients together until smooth; put in pie pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degree for 15 minutes, then bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Crab Salad , Candy's ww points 1 for aprox. 2 tbsp.
2 6 oz. cans canned real crab meat =140 cal. & no fat
3 tbsp. miricle whip lite = 75 cal.& 4.5 fat
you can add 1 more tbsp of m.w. lite if you want it will
only add 25 cal & 1.5 fat g. and the point value stays
same.
1 tbsp. yellow mustard free food
1/4 c. finely chopped onion free food
1/4 c. finely chopped celery free food
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dry dill crushed as you add it free food
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning....or more to taste free food
Mix everything and enjoy. This is better if left in frig a few hours for flavors to meld.
