If you eat low carb tortillas without stalling on losing weight, they are great. I eat the small wheat LC tortillas that are 4 net grams. I fill them with chicken salad, tuna salad, scrambled eggs, egg salad and even natural peanut butter.
Of course you can always eat the "salads" above just in a dish.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on a piece of deli roast beef, then cut the meat into thin slices. Wrap these slice around mini dill pickles. YUM!! I love these!
Can you warm up your lunch at work? If so, you could make my Buffalo Turkey Meatballs.
A burger (turkey, chicken or beef) inside a lettuce bun with the fixins that you like is a nice change. You can also make BLTs this way using the lettuce for bread. (skip the tomato if it makes you stall and I use turkey bacon)
Snacks......
Chunks of cheese with mustard
hard boiled eggs
a handful of almonds (or in my case I usually eat walnuts or pecans because I'm not an Almond fan).
Chew on a piece of sugar free gum that is sweetened with Splenda--there is one out there, maybe Trident Cinnamon? Remember that even gum has carbs
Drink water!
Dill Pickles
I can't eat much fruit without stalling but if you can berries are the way to go.
Yogurt sweetened with Splenda is another good one--again, if you don't stall eating it.
I'm sure that I can come up with more ideas that I use or have read that people use.
