Here's a cookie recipe that I love!
Peanutbutter Cookies
1 cup peanutbutter (I love crunchy)
3/4 cup splenda (grandular, not packets)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Mix all together in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Roll into balls, press twice with a fork, bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yum!
I've lost a total of 230 low carbing. I've found that eating the same thing all the time actually helps, it keeps my mind off of food. Low carbing has become a way of life for me and I've decided that it is just my lifestyle now!
