Simple Chocolate Cheese Cake

2 (8 oz. pkgs.) of cream cheese
1 pkg sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
1/3 Splenda (I like to use a little less)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
2 eggs

Soften cream cheese and mix in a bowl with the splenda, vanilla extract and eggs. In a separate bowl add the cream to the pudding mix and blend together....add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Mix on high until blended..

Spray with cookign spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes

Refrigerate.

This was real good! BUT
I had to make it 2 times, (my fault) the 1st time I thought I would use "LOWFAT" cream cheese, and it wouldnt get firm enough, it still tasted great! So FYI "dont" use low fat cream cheese lol.I made it again using reg. cream cheese and it was good and the best thing is not alot of calories!!!. I think if I make it again I will put it in a graham cracker crust. !!
