Digging out from under the snow or in need of an oar for all of the water?

Are you digging out for the snow this morning? I talked to my Mom this morning, she said that they have 18" of snow on the ground and that it's still snowing!! It's been a long time since south western Pa. has seen that much snow!

Do you need an oar for all of the rain in your area? We certainly do! It rained for almost 2 days straight here. There's flooding in some areas but thankfully not around us. For the first time in a long time the news is reporting that we are 5" above normal levels of rain for the year!

I hope that everyone is safe and sound today. Let us know what the weather is like in your area.

We had 23" drifts this morning but so far no new snow since overnight. The snow wont be going anywhere though as the next week will be highs of 30 and below.

It is snowing yet again here in the Midwest (sorry to say it is probably headed east from here). It isn't as much snow as those of you east of me just got, but it is adding to the already too much snow we have!!!
Ads in the papers are saying get your flood insurance now as it takes 30 days before it kicks in.

DH is on his way to work and the kids have a 2 hr delay. I'm going to the grocery since I didn't go last week and pre-pare for the storm that is supposed to start tomorrow and unload overnight into Wed.
