Hey Kathy, a friend and i had that happen many years ago only to find out they thought we stole something..If i knew then what i know now i should have let them arrested us and then proved we stole anything....They had saw my friend pick up a book on sale, turn it over and read the back but never saw her put it down. Then we went and got what we were there after. Like you every isle we went down it was may i help you over and over. When we got what we went for we went to the register to pay. Now neither 1 of us had a coat on. We had our money in our hand. We paid and were stopped at the door by security and wanted to know what did we do with the book? Boy oh boy that made me mad. They made us open our pocket books. Very embarrassing as we didn't do anything but THEY THOUGHT we did.

WendyMichelle how about PEOPLE who THINK they know it all when they don't know squat.

Having a dozen ink pens but none seem to write when you need to take a message down by the phone.

My new pet peeve now has to do with something you hear just about every day on tv---how many jobs was saved or created...Bull. I live in NC where lots of our jobs were textile or tobacco related or furniture workers. Now all is about gone over seas to where it is made for a dollar or two all day labor. No new jobs here for all the workers displaced who were good people. Some were too old to go back to school to try to learn a new trade but not old enough to retire. Some maybe could have went back but have been out of school so long they felt like they could never learn all they needed in order to "learn" a new job. Then there is the few who went to school for something only to find out they still have no job because they are over trained for the available job or not educated in what they need to be. Its a shame.

Every time i hear we have new jobs coming and it has 25 new openings for people looking, how do you know the best 25 out of maybe 1000 people looking for work as all people can learn something? Makes me ill...Like Patti says-GRRRRR
