Plans for Labor Day?

Summer is quickly coming to an end. Labor Day is approaching. What are your plans for the day or weekend?

My DIL usually had a birthday bbq for our oldest grandson on Labor Day weekend. Looking forward to this, it's a lot of fun!

We will probably go back to our cottage on the island for Labor Day weekend. It will just be ds2, dh and me as ds1 will be back at college and dd will be working. Hopefully other family members will show up cause the more the merrier.

Who knows what we will do. Our 28th anniversary is that weekend, and unless I plan something we won't do anything. I'm all for going to a festival or old car show.

Have no idea usually go with Stacie to her church picnic but this year neither of us can go that day.

My older daughters birthday is on the 4th. We always doing something over the Labor Day weekend for her.

Our 26th anniversary is two days after Labor Day but we will probably just stick around close to home due to not a lot of money for traveling this year. We may go out for a nice dinner and a movie.

I may not be going to the island after all as the weather predicted is wind and rain. I do ont want to be sitting in a cottage on an island in the rain when I have so much I could accomplish at home.
