I think a good question would be "what clutters up your fridge the most"?

Leftovers! All those little bowls with just a little something in it that I can't bring myself to throw out but never know what to do with!

The bad thing is that I usually end up having to throw something out eventually!Because no one will eat the leftovers!

Leftovers - I second that!

(no pun intended )

Most of our leftovers end up as dh's lunch the next day. But there are things he won't take, like mashed potatoes and roast and pasta side dishes. Those things must either be eaten by me, or reheated on Leftover Night.

When we have a bunch of small things - those that are small portions - I try to make bread or some sort of side dish that everyone like to 'pull it all together.'

We used to have Leftover Night once a week, until dh started taking leftovers in his lunch. Now it's once or twice a month.

Speaking of leftovers, I have some roast in my fridge from two nights ago ... I think I'll make some soup with it!

Whats in our frig ? All of the fattening and full carb. stuff that I can no longer eat !!!

I made oatmeal raisin cookies for DH for V-Day and couldnt help him eat them....ok, I had a couple BUT thats it !

Lets see...the freezer is full of all kinds of good stuff.....waffles, pierogies and ICE CREAM !!!!

I know, thats enough whining from me ! Im off to the store anyway for some low carb stuff. Ill post the new recipes that Im going to try this week.

BTW, theres lots of leftovers in there too. Ive never been really keen on those and now Im thankful that DH takes them to work too !!!

hmmm..

I'd have to say any foods that I do not like or eat clutter up my fridge .. LOL

I like a fridge full of food I like, not the weird stuff my hubby asked me to get for him.

Too many condiments!

My family really likes different kinds of mustard, jams and jellies, etc. Therefore, half the fridge is taken up with this stuff! Personally, I would be fine with one or two jellies and a couple of different mustards...but I guess I will live with their need for variety.

Re: What is cluttering up YOUR fridge?

I would have to say that leftovers clutter my fridge the most... I have to have a "leftover night" almost every week... Second from that is beverage cartons. I buy milk by the gallon (usually have two on hand), and we buy orange juice 1/2 gallons, 4 at a time. That takes up a lot of room... Next would be things in small jars, like condiments and olives and such... I need a *much* bigger fridge!

Today it is half bottles of condimates! However tomorrow, I am going through the whole thing. I have empty nest syndrom so it will be therapy.
