Thumbs up Organizing your refrigerator and pantry - great video!

I definitely learned some tips from Susan Stewart of http://www.perfectlyplaced.org/

In fact, I will be taking her advice and organizing my pantry how she did, it will be such a great help! Definitely gleaned a few tips about the fridge too. Watch for yourself!

Thanks Amanda.
I'm about half way there I think. I have things stored with their like things, but I don't have everything labelled and I do store lots in their packaging.
All my baking goods are together in tupperware ~ easy on the shopping list, and in the freezer most things belong together.

I'm with you, halfway there I like the idea of emptying out the snack boxes into baskets or containers. I have half heartedly done this in the past, but never in such an organized way.

I also really like the idea of the snack shelf in the fridge.

I enjoyed the video and she has some terrific ideas. I might try to find some ways to incorporate them in my RV.

Helper shelf I do use in my frig but since it is just Hubby & I we don't have a snack bskt.

In pantry we use all plastic containers since I hate 2 have the cardboard boxes everywhere!!@ I am a FIRM believer in the bread keeper also!! I am also a very organized person so everyone that comes 2 my home knows that everything matches and that everything has it's own home!!

Thanks for sharing the video Amanda, and for those of you with children a lot of her ideas are great.
As for me, everything is stored in their original packaging (unless damage occurred): our main pantry stores the Rice; boxed potatoes; Stuffing; extra V-8's; juices, and cocoa on the top shelf - canned soups; broth; cereals, and extra canned vegetables on the second shelf - Chips; snacks; extra condiments on the bottom shelf, and all the bulky accessories on the floor of the pantry. We even have the most used spices on the lower shelf next to the stove, most used vegetables on the other side of the bottom shelf; next shelf up has all the baking spices and accessory mixes, and the top shelf stores the noodles and "helper" boxes.
Our refrigerator is self explanatory... vegetables and fruits in their drawer, meats in theirs. The milk goes in the door. Eggs are under the meat drawer. Salad dressing and condiments are in the door based on size and most used. Extra Milk and bulkier items are above the vegetable drawer (one w/lettuce symbol on it); then yogurts and other items (about the same size as individual yogurts) are on shelf above that one; bread, bagels, and other pastry / bakery items on the top most shelf, and last but not least hubby's 2 - tea pitchers; reusable cooking oil; Butter tub (also seen on one of the two other shelves), and miscellaneous liquids are on shelf above meat drawer.
