I would have covered myself in newspaper if I would've know this when I was pregnant with my son! LOL!!
Anna, I have heard that fresh ginger steeped in hot water will work on nausea too. I love gingerbreads and stuff like that but I don't like fresh ginger.

When my nerve block wear off after 9-12 months, I too have to take Phenergan. That stuff makes me feel horrible! I only take it in deperation. I've never tried the orange juice remedy, but it would be worth a shot. I also watched Mythbusters and they did several experiments to test for motion sickness. Everything failed except for ginger. (2 guys got into one of those gagets that spins astronaunts around at NASA, I believe to get nauseous.)
Ginger is also worth a try. It is an old Asian remedy for nausea. Now I have 2 things to try next time I am sick.
