Anyone with recipes for an asthmatic child?

My DD is 3 1/2 and is being affected by this seasonal change. (pollons). I am wondering if anyone has any recipes that they can share that contain ingredients that will not trigger asthma. I do believe that there is such a thing, but I am not sure where to start. Any ideas would greatly help! I have been trying to avoid dairy, as it could set of eczema (Spelling?). Thanks for your help!!

My DGS has asthma, eczema, and allergies. The allergies trigger the asthma. He is on a ton of medication, but he just started staying with me. If you can get ahold of local honey that hasn't been pasteurized, it will act like an allergy shot. When I lived in a town in which I could obtain that type of honey (it has to be made within 10 miles of where you live) you can give him a teaspoon once or twice daily. Make sure he is over 2 years of age before giving honey. I don't know what it will do for the asthma, but it will help with the allergies.
