Any new back-to-school lunchbox recipes to share?

Have you tried any new recipes lately that have been a hit with your kids that can be packed into their lunchboxes?

I'm always looking for creative ideas for my kids' lunchboxes - nothing fancy, though. lol!

My dgd loves it when I make cream cheese and lunchmeat on a flour taco shell, then cut into ½ inch slices. She calls it her personal sushi. I also do corn muffins with ham and cheese added in.

I always use 7 grain braid. Sometimes I use pumpernickel as it goes well will tuna salad, but it is not for everyone.

I love to take cream cheese, ham, and spicy jelly (jalapeno jelly or at HEB chipotle raspberry marinade). That combination is SO good!

I have a recipe on the main FC website that has hot dogs and cheese in corn muffins. My dd would love ham in them!

I love pumpernickel but never thought to use it with tuna salad. I will definitely try this. Yum! I just know that I'm going to crave this now that it's in my head.

Take a flour tortilla shell, spread peanut butter & jelly on it, add a whole banana & roll it up! Just saw this in my coupon section & it looks good!

I had that today for lunch. If the pumpernickel is fresh, it tastes so good with tuna.
