Corn Dog Muffins

These are baked not fried so a little healthier than the regular corn dogs!

2 pkgs. (8 1/2 oz each) corn bread mixes
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
5 hot dogs, chopped

In a bowl combine corn bread mix abd brown sugar. Combine eggs and milk; stir into dry ingredients till mositened. Stir in corn and hot dogs (batter will be thin). Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees 14-18 minutes or till golden brown. Makes 1 1/2 dozen
