Happy face Pumpkin Pie Drink

2-cups whipping cream-divided use...........1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar-divided use...........1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract..........15 ounce can of pure pumpkin, chilled.........8 ounces vanilla yogurt......1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice-additional for sprinkling-------(1) With an electric mixer whip 1/2 cup of whipping cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teapoon vanilla until it forms peaks , set aside......(2) Combine pumpkin, remaining 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, yogurt. 1/4 cup of sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender cover and blend until mixture is smooth. (3) Top with dollops of whipped cream and sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice. SERVE IMMEDIATELY......
