| Chocolate Crunch Ice Cream Bowls
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Imperial Margarine
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup Skippy Peanut Butter ( I use Kraft Peanut Butter,but use what kind you have on hand)
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups corn flake cereal
Directions:
Grease the insides of four cereal bowls and set aside. Over medium heat, heat the margarine, marshmallows, chocolate chips, peanut butter and vanilla until melted and smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the corn flake cereal and mix until well coated. Divide mixture among bowls and press firmly against the bottoms and sides. Let cool completely. Remove from the bowls, place on individual plates and fill with your favourite flavour of ice cream. Serve immediately.
Use chocolate chips or butterscotch or even vanilla chips...
Prep Time-15 Minutes
Cooking Time-5 Minutes
Makes-4 Servings
