I picked up a 6" sub from Subway and met a friend for a nice visit and conversation. What a lovely treat!

Thanks Barbszy! I fell off the face of the earth yet again on this thread! I am glad you are on the ball!

Yesterday was not so great for the dds. A mish mash of pastries and cinnamon buns. Today though was a peanut butter, marshmellow fluff, and nutella sandwich on 3 slices of bread with clementine, carrots, cheese and crackers, juice, etc. So that was good.

Good morning all!!

This week will be "clean out the fridge" week as far as lunches are concerned. I did buy some bologna, and have plenty of cheese. But I am looking at those lasagna roll-ups, and I have a few chicken strips in the freezer, etc. I bought grapes as my fruit and will take home brewed iced tea all week.

I don't see anything really inspiring coming my way though.

Take care all!! Norma

BBQ yesterday so there are sausages left over, sausage and tomato sauce on a hot dog roll, health bar that I make and cordial drink, with an extra frozen bottle of water it is so hot an humid and no air-con in classes. I asked him to to runaround too much at lunch time
