Big DS has a PB&J, cinnamon applesauce, drink, granola bar, barbecue potato chips, and a piece of Halloween candy.

DD is off from school today due to Election Day. We're picking up some "on sale" frozen pizzas at the supermarket and will have that for lunch.

No packed lunch today and we took breakfast out to the car in a paper towel (egg and ham and onion burrito), pretty rushed as I slept in because I was up yet again (how many nights in a row does this make?) at 3 and 4 am.

DH had a packed lunch of last night's dinner leftovers.

Every time dds buy it is $2.25 or $2.50 each so a packed lunch really helps out.

Big DS got braces on his top teeth yesterday, so it's ramen noodles in a thermos for him, plus cinnamon applesauce. I'll probably stop on the way home from picking him up and get him a milkshake, poor kid.

DD has a roast-beef sandwich and an apple.

Barbszy, I remember when my oldest ds first got braces so feel for your son! Now it is almost time for my ds to get them off which is great as senior pictures will be done next summer!

Today's lunches were meatloaf sandwiches for ds1 and dh, pb&j for ds2. yogurt, a Clementine orange for ds1, a banana for ds2, applesauce, pringles, cheese sticks, special K peaches and cream bar, and wild berry juice.

oooo braces we found that the weight watcher shakes have so much fiber built into them that they help fill you up - be sure to add all kinds of other things to them too including ice cream!

Today's packed lunch almost didn't happen but then I remembered that if I don't pack it will be close to $8 for all 3 of their lunches to be purchased. Can I have an award for fastest packer on the planet? Starting at 7:08 and ending at 7:33 I made 3 packed lunches, 3 hot breakfasts, ate my own breakfast, fed the dog, ran dhs lunch to his car, remembered to put the registration and insurance cards back in the car and grabbed dd1s driver license off her desk, turned off the bedroom lights, and tossed the pup an empty paper towel roll to chew on so she wouldn't be underfoot, and sorted laundry from gym bags left on the couch so the bird wouldn't get the zippers when dh lets her out to play a bit before he goes off to work, and settled the conflict the neighbor girls were having because one of them was grumpy, and waved them off to school with a smile.

Breakfast was french toast and orange juice.
Lunch was beef vegetable soup, saltine crackers, banana choc chip bread with cream cheese, navel oranges partially peeled, fortune cookie, raspberry crystal light, and a kit kat candy bar.

Wow, Ellen, that is absolutely amazing. I thought I did well making lunches, taking a shower and vacuuming the floors before work and the kids leaving for school. You deserve a medal!!! Hope you now get to kick back for a minute or two with a cup of tea or coffee!!!

A busy morning Ellen cool for you to get it all out and on time to!

Poor Cam starved yesterday, not really his special $2 lunch was today. I had packed a muesli for him for arvo tea, he ate that, some one gave him a packet of chips they didn't want and he scored a cup cake, ohhh so healthy but he has good friends willing to part with their food.
Today will be his $2 lunch.

Last night we had steak for dinner, ds1 was not that hungry due to school band break up party with pizza so for lunch today he has thinly sliced steak with tomato and shredded lettuce and bbq sauce on a bread roll, a sorta burger LOL fruit cake and a milk drink

I forget what arvo tea is! Is it a type of tea or a time of day?
