Ellen, don't you hate it when the dks don't eat the pear or other packed fruit and then when it comes home it is brown and smooshed!
Sammi, I make sure that ds eats a piece of fruit before school and another after school, then it doesn't matter if he doesn't take fruit at all! He usually takes watermelon or strawberries.
So Bilby, a sanga???(now I know what you mean but do others??)

Meg,
Oh I know but sometimes I just gotta get it out, I'm so restrained, I honestly have to double think before I print some times!
That is actually hubbys ebay name, chipsanga.
Sammi
Meg would have more chance of snow near her area than me, I would have a solid 16-18hr drive south before I reached snow in the mountains. I'm on the east coast.
Not sure what's for lunch tomorrow, probably vegemite SANDWICHES as the kids did not appreciate their ham today. Jam tarts, and cheese and carrot sticks.
Todays lunches are egg salad sandwiches on whole grain bread, pringles, cheese sticks, fruit cups, bananas, granola bars, yogurt and orange juice for drinks.
Thanks, Bilby, for telling me about the snow. I was unsure what winter weather was like in Australia. Here in NH we normally get a lot of snow and some very cold temps but last year we just had the cold and not so much snow which made for a rather boring winter as far as winter fun went (no sliding, snow shoeing, building snow men etc.) As much as I get sick of the snow by Feb., I would rather have it than not as far as getting the kids outside to play!
I did make them vegemite shandwiches, a couple of biscuits and a kiwi fruit cut in half. ds1 took extra meusli bars and a milk drink he has a big school concert so he will not be home till 8pm (they have hotdogs and drinks for dinner there) Last concert for the year.
