Pizza Cups
For kids and adults too! With a garden salad, it makes a good weekend dinner..... -----3/4 lb. ground beef---6 oz. can tomato paste---1 Tbsp. minced onions---1/2 tsp. salt---1 tsp Italian seasoning---1 tube refrigerated biscuits---3/4 cup of shredded mozarella cheese---------------------
1. In skillet brown beef and drain.----2. Stir in tomato paste, onions, and seasoning.----3. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stiring frequently. Mixture will thicken. ----4. Place biscuits in greased muffin tins. Press them in so they cover the bottom and sides of each cup. ---- 5. Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture into each biscuit-lined cup. Sprinkle with cheese. ----6. Bake at 400 for 12 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings....
