I did manage to make up some jello cups for tomorrow when I made up a packet of jello for dd2 who is home today sick. I use tupperware 4 oz containers and cap them immediately after pouring the jello. It keeps it from spilling in the fridge and is stackable that way. By tomorrow morning it will be very ready. Strawberry was the flavor.

Smart idea on the jello cups! Maybe I'll make some up for tomorrow. I have several "right size" containers for this. I could make some for after school and some little containers for lunches.
That is a great idea, Ellen, I bet adding things like fruit ****tail or pineapple would work too. I buy the ready made jello cups but bet this is cheaper. Think I will try it for next week!
Salad with green peppers, cheese, carrots and caesar dressing, slice of leftover bacon onion pizza, clementine, strawberry jello, orange juice (still stuffing lots of vitamin C in to combat seasonal colds and flu, dd2 returned to school today), fudge brownie bits.

I made up a salad bowl for Cam today, whatever I had, lettuce, snow peas, carrots, cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber. I gave him a buttered dinner roll to go with it. A piece of white christmas. He also had slice of sultana cake from the freezer and his usual cordial, lime today.
I made some jello cups to go in lunches today. (Thanks for the great idea, Ellen!) The containers I had were just under 1/2 cup each so I got 5 jello's out of a box of mix. DD is buying school lunch but Big DS has a roast beef sandwich, jello, pretzels, chocolate chip cookie and a drink.
