Do you ever feel like your life is a circle and you repeat the same things over and over again? Or, are you more of a goal setter, someone who gets things done?
I have been trying to lose weight for years too. lol But I have kept off ten pounds for a year. With the stress of a nutty kid, college and west nile and a cancer scare I am doing good.
I feel my life is coming full circle right now. Granted there are some tough issues but all in all I am very happy. I have changed almost everything in my life since my mother died. It is like my life started when she died. Her death was the best gift God ever gave us. It freed her and the rest of the family from her many mental illnesses.

I so relate too. Especially the weight loss thing. But unlike you, train, every year the amount I want/need to lose increases, lol.
Work-wise, it is all over the place like a dog's breakfast. My routine is so non-routine that it becomes a nuisance as I need a certain amount of routine to get my work done in the three days I am there.
Home-wise, again, my routine is non-routine, but at home it is ok.
My life, though, is normal. Just not everyone else's kind of normal!

I can totally relate to the weight circle. At 40 I had lost 55 pounds and weighed 127 pounds. Kept it off the two years but it came back in a heart beat so i gained 40 pounds. I then lost 18 pounds and now at 46 have gained that back plus 2. And I find as I get older and eat healthier, the weight is still harder to lose. I am not giving up though so the circle continues. I am so tired of the battle! And in other ways my life goes in circles as well. i do the same chores day after day, week after week yet never seem to get ahead. Guess that is why I have learned to take fun when I can get it and always know the chores will be there when I get back.

I am definately running circles around myself. I feel like i do the same things everyday, mostly at home, and never get done what I want to. I work as a homemaker in homes of elderly, so work varies day to day, and schedule changes with holidays, as I have to make up the time not there on those days. I am always saying to myself "it is just a vicious cirlcle for me", I come home and do my housework, and keep going till i cant go anymore, then it is bedtime. Need to change something. Too much on my plate: managing benefit for my father at end of june, work, home, and going to court to keep my daughter away from her abusive father. It has to end soon, I hope and pray. Have lost 15lbs from all the stress and having my teeth pulled. Ok, at least 1 good thing has come of all this, lol. Ooops, 2 things, getting lots of donations for the benefit.
Okay I feel like I am running in circles today. We have lived here for 14 years and still doing home improvements. Nothing worked out like we had planned. Now the kitchen has been tore up for three weeks, still not done. Leaking in the basement so everything we did last summer needs redone. I had just organized my crafts and massage supplies. I wonder if this is a sign to show me I am not suppose to massage right now?
