Who's looking forward to fall and winter

Being a Christian is like being a pumpkin. God lifts you up, takes you in,
and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up, touches you deep inside and scoops out all the yucky stuff-- including the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside you to shine for all the world to see. This was passed on to me from another pumpkin. Now, it is your turn to pass it to a pumpkin. I liked this enough to send it to all the pumpkins in my patch. Happy Fall!

I love the fall of the year. It's my favorite time of the year. As far as winter goes I dislike the cold. I like the first snow fall but after that I never want to see snow again. We've been lucky, in my corner of the world we haven't had much snow the last few years. I do like to see the snow fall on Christmas Eve for Santa!! LOL

Happy6, I couldn't agree more! I love fall with the colours and no bugs, the crisp winds and again, no bugs. It didn't happen this year, sadly, we seemed to miss summer too! Winter is so long and cold here. When it is -50 with a wind chill, I don't like winter much. I too love the first snow, but I like the last snow even better! lol
