Theresa so sorry to hear about your hubby's accident and the trauma to his eye. Hoping he gets the medical help he needs and will make a speedy and full recovery! Prayers being said

Hugs Debbie

Thank you so much

Glen returned from the hospital with new medication and some bad news, there are 3 scratches to his cornea, tomorrow he will be going to see the specialist and hopefully with the new meds it will heal itself. We are thinking positive and we are both hoping for the best.We will know more tomorrow but will keep updating on his condition.

Thank you

Theresa so sorry to hear of your dh's accident. I hope the meds will help. I know with GOD all things are possible and praying that your dh's eye will recover.
I know several yrs back my dh was going blind, but Praise GOD he hasn't. He can see to drive around the area we live in and to work.
Praying that one day you will see GOD'S hand in this situation.

I once had a eye disease and did go blind for 2 wks and I can remember how scary that was, and understand how scary it was as I was watching my dh's eyesight messed up and was almost blind. Therefore my heart goes out to you, but don't lose sight of tomorrow healing can happen. Enjoy the day of today and hold onto that tomorrow will be better if we get the chance to live to the next day.

I hope the next time I check in things will be alot better for him.
Hugs and prayers

Thank you
Glen went to the specialist today and fantastic news is the scratches to his cornea are healing on its own with the new medication,I feel like 10,000 pounds have been lifted off both our shoulders, now he just has to keep using the drops and all should be okay.

bar_bar,thank you for all your kind words,so thankful that you regained your sight.I know one day I will wake up and not be able to see,I have glaucoma and so far nothing has worked to bring down the IOP,in my eyes, but I am thankful everyday that I can still see shadows.

My husband is so thankful that his eye is healing and no surgery will be required to repair the damage.

Thank you ladies, you are all an inspiration to me and my family.
