There are a lot of great, fun, and informative threads running all throughout the boards.

Welcome, Ginger

A woman after my own heart when it comes to sewing and quilting! Welcome to the neighborhood. We have a great group of ladies on this site who will be the biggest blessing for you and your dd and her homeschooling. Any questions, always feel free to ask.

Again, Welcome!

Thank you all for your warm welcome. I know I'm going to like it here. I am very good at finding free patterns and have already posted a wonderful site for them in the Sewing thread.

I love free patterns and with my large family it is the only way I could do Christmas for all of them.

Hi Ginger

I like to sew and craft too....I'm working on learning to quilt. I like to keep busy. There are lots of ideas on crafts and quilting on those forums. Maybe I'll see you on those boards.

Welcome!

Pinkie Winky Greetings from Australia

Hello everyone. I have never been on this kind of message board before, so please accept my apologies if I haven't done things correctly. I would like to make new friends. I have many interests including photography, painting, travelling and motorbikes. I have lived in Japan, New Zealand and Scotland. I currently live in Australia.
I hope to "talk" to some-one soon.
Thanks and Happy New Year to you all.

Welcome fiscal!!

I haven't been around the boards very long myself. But I'm sure you will love this site, there are so many forums for all kinds of interests and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I have an interest in photography but I've never really did anything much with it. I just take lots of pictures and do a little digital work with them.

Nice to meet you and I hope to meet up with you again on the boards!

Hello fiscal, and welcome!~

There are a lot of really great ladies ( and a couple of guys) here that you are sure to connect with...

My brother in law is an artist .. he lives in NYC in SO-HO..and I love to visit his studio. What kind of art do you create? I dabble but nothing great... My dh is the one who is into motorcycles.. I gave it up after my back surgeries...

Take a look around, and see what's what.. I'm sure you'll find some discussions that will be interesting...But feel free to start some discussions of your own, if you don't see what you are looking for..and if you have any questions ..just ask.. someone will always be happy to help.

Pinkie Winky Thanks for your warm welcome

Thanks for yr warm welcome. The internet is great for connecting people scattered all over this wonderful planet of ours.
I paint in watercolours, oils and acrylics. I love Art and craft - rubber stamping, mosaics, tapestry, I can't help myself.
I went to the Motorcycle GP in Japan. What a blast. I got to ride a go-cart around the circuit, before the races started. It is something I'll never forget.
Yes I am frugal. Frugal can be fun - it's a great challenge to stretch your money like a rubber band!
