Collgwg, I'm sure you'll find some nice ideas for gifts. A couple of years ago I made dish towel angels for gifts for the ladies on my list. They loved them! My mom used to cut out a gingerbread man shape for the dammit dolls. She put eyes & white rick rack on them for the frosting on the arms, legs & top of the head.

Hello to the new ones. I am not home off with a dear friend celebrating our b'days hers was 16th and mine 17th. She is at work so am on her puter for a bit. She will be off tomorrow and we will be out messing around here and there. I am Patti 73 yrs young ( Susie is 55) I live in VA but have lived lots of states. Mom to 5 Granny to 6 and Gr Gran to 3. Love to cook and bake. Bought some nice looking fresh veggies (at a mkt) to go in a veggie soup most likely Wed as will be home then. I love to read how about you new ladies God bless

Well I am not exactly new here, but I have been absent for a while. So I thought I would jump in here and say hi!
I am Meg, from Australia. I'm married with two amazing kids, Steph who is 17 1/2 and Jacob who is 15.
I work as a kids pastor in a Church and keep far too busy doing not very much.
I hope to visit more regularly, and steal some time back from facebook!
This time, the theme is going to be autumn/Halloween so your stories need to use smilies to express as many words as possible and your story should be focused on anything that has to do with autumn or Halloween.
