Here’s a little about me. We live in Layton Utah moved there about 2 yrs ago from Montana. I’m married to a wonderful man, we have 7 children between us his, mine & ours ages range 26 to 5 yrs old . I’m always looking for great ideas for our daughter to do here at home she is ours & my only daughter (very spoiled). I have found some great ideas so far on the site. For the most part it’s her & I here at home. My husband is Retired Air Force of 10yrs, but took a job in Afghanistan about a year half ago with the American Embassy there. He does come home every 3 months for a vacation. I have 4 boys they are 22 to 13 yrs old. One of my twin boys 17 & in High School lives here with us he stays busy working and going to school. I as well stay running taking her to School & dance class spends 6 hours a week at the studio she dances with the Utah Jazz Dancer. My 2 stepdaughters are 26 & 25.

Hello Tammy and Kaiti...WELCOME ABOARD the FC train hehehehe...this is a great site and I am sure you will find lots to do... and for the little one if ya have Cartoon Network tickle u comes on from 9 am to 11 am and my almost 4 yr old loves it. Pull up a chair, play some games, chat with us, post some recipes, there are just so much great stuff here to do. But I am gonna warn ya... THIS SITE IS ADDICTIVE, to most of us it is home away from home, to laugh, learn, play and VENT if neccessary LOL, so jump on in and the most of all HAVE SOME FUN. I am a mother of three children...one daughter (age 21) and two sons (ages 13 & 11). I am also primary care giver for my 86 y.o. father-in-law.

Friendship Flower Thread this is the only thread that does not have a designated subject. At this thread, you can talk about anything (within reason) without having to worry about getting off-topic! By posting, we "grow" a flower. We start out with an empty pot and end up with a gorgeous flower/plant. We never know what we're going to end up with but we have yet to be disapppointed!
Frugal Living? While I don't actively participate in this forum, I do "lurk" there often. It's amazing some of the frugal ideas those ladies have and the deals they get!

I'm Coll. I'm a stay at home mom of 4. girl-23, boy-18, girl-8, girl-3. Hubby and I just celebrated our 23rd anniversary. Glad to have a newcomer here. Have fun exploring the site. You may find yourself here for hours on end. I know I do sometimes, LOL. If you have any questions just ask, someone will be more then happy to point you in the right direction. I'm Barbar, a mom of 2, a grandmother of 3, and then my dh is 15 yrs older than I am, so when we married I became a friend to his kids, since his kids are only a few yrs younger than I am, by 7 and 8 yrs younger. LOL Also came with the package was a gd, shortly after we were married a gs came, then about 3 yrs ago another grandson came along.
I used to be here daily, but with my work I'm not any more and boy do I miss this place. yet the folks on here is not far from my heart.
There are so much to talk and check out. We even have contest, and newsletters to get you up with things. there are clubs to have fun, ideas on what to cook, or how to save money, a great prayer group that will keep you in thier prayers if you so want them too, it almost you name it and we got. LOL during the Christmas time, we even do Christmas card exchange, and some of us even exchange christmas ornements. What fun that is.
If you need something just ask, as someone will be there to help you out.
Well Donna, you know me, I love coffee so I will grab a cup and sit for a while before getting ready to go to work today and see what on the board.

So grab a cup of or , pull up a chair and have some fun. Just one word of caution though....this site has a tendancy to become very addictive!!!
