I have three children...one daughter (age 21 and just married this past weekend ) and two sons (ages 13 & 11). I am also primary caregiver for my 86 y.o. father-in-law.

Friendship Flower Thread this is the only thread that does not have a designated subject. At this thread, you can talk about anything (within reason) without having to worry about getting off-topic! By posting, we "grow" a flower. We start out with an empty pot and end up with a gorgeous flower/plant. We never know what we're going to end up with but we have yet to be disapppointed!
Frugal Living While I don't actively participate in this forum, I do "lurk" there often. It's amazing some of the frugal ideas those ladies have and the deals they get!

You will definitely have fun around here. I have yet to find a place like the FC. There are so many other types of groups on MSN, Yahoo and others but there is nothing like this place. Well Lita if youre being "partial" than so am I lol, I couldnt agree more, this is a GREAT group, great people here, and a TON of info on everything! I honestly DONT think there is a friendlier group, around,and one of the main things that in my opinion makes this group stand out, is the ability of evryone that is a member here to get along well with others, I know some groups tend to be "cliquey" not here we are all here to have fun and help one another, good or bad, just "vent" your mind, and we will listen. I live in Puffing Billy country. A great part of the world, but it's true about the weather!! Glad to have another Aussie here, I see Bilby some times, but that's about it!

My name is Candy, and I live in upstate NY, about 40 miles above Albany. I have a total of 9 children. Four of mine, and five of his. They range from 15 to 31, 6 boys and 3 girls. I work for with the mentally disabled, and love my work. I have oh so many hobbies, but when I found your board, I was so impressed. I have lurked for awhile, but your doing so much of so many things, that I thought I would join in the fun! I guess that is about it for now, I hope to be very active on many of the forums.
