Howdy Y'all

Took me awhile to get back here! Welcome to the Newbies and Hello to everyone else!

Glow4God, do you use the regular jam making process or do you use the lower sugar or no sugar? I now make the low sugar jams and for myself I make no sugar using Splenda. Its the only sugar sub. that doesn't turn bitter or have a nasty after taste!

Splenda

I agree, I really like the Splenda also and you are right it doesnt have the after taste. I wasnt sure I would like it for baking but I tried a Brownie recipe from a friend and it wasnt bad

shocking Watermellon Jelly??

Never tried watermellon jelly, or heard of it. Sounds interesting though. I usually make no sugar jams or jellies for myself because I'm type 2 diabetic. I get the pectin from Wild Oats a health food store. The brand I like the most is Pompei or something like that. It comes in a blue box. It makes several batches of jam too.
Would be very interested in the recipe

Does Splenda taste like Aspartame? Cause I don't like "aspartame"....
