i'm in kingston and a doggie b+b just opened in a town nearby...but it's an antique setting...ie the home and furnishings, and they do not take birds...we have an amazon..however i've been in contact with someone right here in town who's an animal care tech and used to manage a pet store....she say's she's willing to take on the batch and is experienced with birds
so i'm planning to go see her sometime and see what she has to offer. our guys are not used to being alone, let alone in a strange place, so we need to find someplace that's just right.
it would be great if someone could just stay here but our 3 yr old gsd won't let anyone in ..or out!...but once you're in he'll love you to death. the old girl, retired now and deaf, just goes along with whatever the brat says and reacts accordingly. no one feels like taking this on, unfortunately. the trials and tribulations of parenthood..
