Still Here

Hi there

Just looking here and see another year has gone by. A lot has happened but I am still here and getting on with life. A year nearly since Maurice passed away and I am coping okay. Still miss him and still have problems with my brain not wanting to function as well as it used to in the decision making part of my life.

BUT that might be old age. I am trying make plans on how to do my trip to England in June and apart from arrival and departue dates I am having a hard time deciding anything.

You have been busy here Bilby. So many awards. Good for you.

Hope everyone has a lovely Easter.
Jenny

Hi Jennifer
I know, time seems to fly doesn't it and easter for another year is a couple of days away.
Maybe you were just used to making decisions with Maurice, I know David and I always bounce ideas and decision making between us. So maybe as Maurice is not there physically to talk decisions over with, you'd still feel him in your heart and maybe those decisions may not seem to hard to make. I hope I had all those words in the right order or it might seem "I" need some help there LOL
England will be lovely I'm sure, but don't know if I could take all that snow and cold in their winter time ...... go for it! ... and don't second guess yourself.

Jennifer those awards just seem to pop up out of nowhere, just like magic

Trip coming up

Hi Bilby
Seems that somehow FC is out of my mind for long periods of time although I get the email digests and check through them most of the time. My trip is here in one weeks time. I am looking forward to it very much. Not all planned as yet but the framework is in place and I can make the final arrangements when I get there. I don't think it is going to be very warm. Although it should get warmer while I am there. Hoping to take clothes to layer but I have found packing to the weight limit of airlines very hard.I am hoping it won't too much. Need
Jennifer

Hi to all the Aussie Mums,

Just noticing how many years have slipped by since the last post here so thought I would catch up. My husband did pass away from his melanoma but that was three years ago already, Where does the time go? I have moved back up to Busselton. North , sort of, Augusta which was as far west and south as one could go, by80 kms but still 250kms from Perth. And it is still cold although I haven't resorted to the electric blanket in a few years. Mainly I think because I now have a smaller bed and I think the blanket won't fit. It is in a chest and I can't be bothered to get it out and see.

I know have a lovely cat as company and stay busy with friends and church life. God keeps me pretty busy with one thing and another. Gracie, the cat, was adopted from the vets when she was a tiny kitten. She has me wrapped around her little finger, well, she would if she had one!

I haven't been here on Family Circle for ages. Seems with Face Book and all its games computer time vanishes quickly. I have weaned myself off the games over there. Today is Sat and I promised myself a quiet day so am just still in bed with coffee and laptop! I am so glad I have wireless connection.

Look forward to hearing how you all are doing.

Jennifer
