Today I looked in the mirror at work and notice a black spot, that looked like a mole that grew out of no where.

Thank goodness it was something on the mirror and not really on me.

Yes, it was one of those days.

Look in the mirror and tell yourself how extrordenary you are, and remind yourself how much you mean to so many people. Then smile, and remind yourself that you are NOT plump... you're fluffy.. It works for me ...
Val, that's beautiful! I couldn't say it better myself.

I must say that I talk to Amanda on the phone quite a bit and she is beautful inside and out!! I hope to meet her in person someday!!

I don't really conversewith my self in the mirror, but I do talk to myself during the day. I try hard to stop the negative when I hear it, but it is often easier to be critical than kind.
I try to use the same rule I teach my kids about other people ~ if you say something bad, say two nice things as well.

I do talk to myself sometimes- most of it would be negative. Sometimes I say "oh my gosh you look just like your mother."

I think sometimes, I am so caught up in taking care of my DK's & DH that I don't have the opportunity to talk to another woman.

Right now, my Best Friend and I are sort in a cross roads, I think mainly because of the demands of our jobs that we don't get to get together as much, because of family demands.

I'm looking in the mirror and asking, "What's new with you" and "Be confident and positive today."

I had a hair restyle last week and now I am saying, "Ooh, that looks good!"

Megrayau, good for you. I looked in the mirror and went....okay..what is up with your hair today? It is nice to know that my co workers don't notice a thing.
