LOL Apricot Steven is for sure a person he is my soon to be 12 yr old G-son who lives across the street with my middle dau Gina and hubby. He also helps me with the pugs too. Since Adam & Bianca left to live in Michigan he is my only grand around. Older 2 in Iowa along with my 2 greats, younger two in Baltimore so am very grateful he is just across the street.

Patti, I just had to ask since some animals have people names. That's great you still have a grandchild living close to you and that he cleans up his own messes and helps with the pugs too. Somebody taught him well.

Well between Gina and I he has learned to clean up as he goes. He is learning to cook and doing well if I do say so. They use the dish washer and scrapes all dishes he uses and puts them in there. Kent has certain pans/pots that NEVER go in d-washer so Steven washes/dries them and puts them away. He really enjoys cooking which thrilled Gina, Kent and myself.

Patti, Steven is certainly a treasure! I just cleaned up the kitchen again for the umpteenth time after my ds2 was cooking (how can he make so much of a mess just making a grilled cheese sandwich??) None of my children are great at cleaning up after themselves or if they do, their idea of clean and mine are very different. They did much better at cleaning up after themselves when young than they do now when they are adults or almost so.

I know what you mean Sammi, Steven does a far better job than Adam does or did when he was here. Bet he will not leave any kind of mess in kitchen of Bianca's Mom lol.
They posted pix of them bowling last nite and score board Adam did not do so good lol. They are on facebook guess since you and I are friends you see the pix. He is Adam Valentine on there but think her mom posted them not sure
