How do you relax and unwind at the end of the day?

Do you dip into a nice bubble bath?

Maybe read a good book?

Perhaps you do something that is really unique to you?

I like to do a couple of different things depending on my mood.....

Once I get the kids to bed at night, I have a little "me" time so I either catch up on reading old magazines or read the newspaper

OR

Im on the computer --99% of the time its here at FC. This place really is like me second home.

This morning I've been battling with the USA Today offices because they arent delivering my newspaper!! So to unwind a bit, Im here posting really early! I can say that Im in a better mood now!

I like a nice hot bath, but don't do it that often, usually b/c by the time I get around to it, the thought of getting out at the end is too energetic.
I try and walk most days, even if it's only 15 minutes!
I read, and read, and read, and read.
Brain dead time is watching telly.
My quiet times also relax and energise me!
I'm a bit of a mixed bag!

I get into my most comfortable clothes, light some lavender candles, and snuggle into the sofa with a good book or a stack of magazines. OR I go out for lunch with my close friend to the Olive Garden where we chat for hours over pasta, coffee and dessert.

I take a long hot shower and get into some comfortable clothes, light a candle, and put on some relaxing music real low, put my feet up and just relax or log on to a good site and check e-mail.

I put my feet up, cover up with a cozy comforter & get something nice to drink (flavored coffee or herbal tea) & check forums or play scrabble on the computer. Scented candles help too & I sometimes turn on my waterfall figurine to help drown out noise.

relaxing

Another way I like relaxing is to get in my pajamas, read a good book with a cup of cocoa wraped in a blanket
