Of course you have to listen to all that isn't that what a dutiful daughter does NOT.
Shame he does not have a TV in another room he could watch/listen to

Oh Patti- we have TV's in every room of this house - including the bathroom!

We just like to sit together - so I watch my shows and then he watches his. When my husband comes home, he gets the remote if he wants it!

OKAY lol well it is nice that you all want to be together. It is great when families are not off in diff directions. LOL I have had TV's in lots of rooms including kitchen but so far none in a bathroom BUT have had phone in there and Gina does now at her house in downstairs "guest" potty. And when I get my new phone system most likely I will again

To relax at night I take a hot bath, curl up either in the recliner or in my bed and read whatever book that I am into at the time...

I struggle to relax, I know I have a lot going on in my head and itsounds silly but when I relax all that takes over so if I don't relax then I am shattered when it comes to bedtime and then I do sleep, then I relax

Me too madmum. My mind never shuts off. I wander the house at all hours of the night and check on my Mom and the beasts and worry. I hate it. I am hoping that my new gym experience will help with this and make me sleep better. It has to at some point.
