I have been doing Yoga for several years. My favorite, by far, is Steve Ross of Inhale on the Oxygen channel. There are probably tapes for sale on his website, but I made my own. The show actually airs here at 6 a.m. and I'm just not ready to stand on my head (hehehe) at that time of the morning.
I taped an entire weeks' worth of shows and I can pop my tape in every morning when I'm ready to get started. Then, when I'm done, I don't have to rewind. I just stop the tape and restart the next day. A different show each day keeps things from getting too routine.
I love the workout. Steve Ross is fun to watch and the music is excellent (Mustang Sally, We Are Family, songs by Sting, etc.). He encourages you to do what's comfortable for you.
Give him a look-see. The first time I just watched, thinking how easy it looked (oh, I can do THAT). The next day I was in the floor doing my best, and realizing it was a better workout than I gave it credit for!!! Now I just love it. What a fabulous way to start the day!!
