I am a pearl gal!

My DH bought me a string of pink pearls as a wedding gift. I wear them often and love how they look with almost anything! I normally don't wear much jewelery. Just a pair of tiny earrings, my wedding rings and those stunning pearls!

EMERALDS!!!

I absolutely adore Emeralds!! In fact, my wedding ring has emeralds instead of diamonds. I wanted an emerald in my engagement ring too but was told "No!" because then people might not realize that it is was an engagement ring!

My birthstone is diamond (April) and I don't like diamonds! My younger sister adores diamonds.....and her birthstone is emerald (May). We were definitely born in the wrong months!!

I know that Jade is not a "gemstone" but I like it too!

My favorite gemstones are diamonds and opals and pearls. I also like amythests because they are purple. I think pearls are so classy looking and they can work with any outfit.

I like rubies and amethyst. I'm not sure if turqouise is considered a gem stone or not, but I absolutely love it.
