Went back to the pool today, dh and I lasted an hour. We are beat but it was great to see my friends again and to move

You will get thru the colonoscopy just fine..............it is the day before that is the booger!!!!!!!!!!

boy I totally agree with her... I was so thankful that I was asleep when they did the upper and lower colonoscopy on the same day.. no problem, but the day before.. oh that is the killer, take a good book and make the bathroom your party room. LOL

For those of you that know harleychic and Haley's grandmom, please keep them in your prayers. as they need them.. I know many of you may too, and I do lift and I do pray even when I'm not sure what is going on, for I know GOD does.

Delilah is getting over pneumonia, Jakob and elijah are both coughing and have fevers, but the dr said to just give them advil or acetaminophin. They are all just miserable. They haven been any where to get a cough from anyone.

I am going nuts trying to eep up with the runny noses, etc.

Just popping in real quick, to say hi, sorry I didnt even read any back posts, but I hope everyone is doing ok, Im still in the process of weaning off this Paxil, so far so good, except I have problems trying to sleep, so I have been taking the muscle relaxer for my back at bedtime, it makes me sleepy. Quite a coincedence happened, I re connected with a friend of mine I went to high school with, last time I saw her was before her divorce 20 years ago.
Turns out for the last 10 years she has been living 2 streets over from my dd, and none of us knew it!! We got together yesterday for lunch and a little shopping, than came back to my house and she got to meet Darryl for the 1st time, we are now planning a reunion dance in April, for all our friends from high school, and it will be at the same place where they held dances every Friday night when we were in school(American Legion)So far we have 45 couples (some singles) signed up. We even got a DJ (someone she knows for FREE!!) cant beat that.
Well time to get dinner ready hope everyone has a nice weekend, Sammi heard we may get a little snow, but no huge amount (I hope lol). Hugs Sandie

Sandie that is great to be able to get a free DJ, they don't come cheap.. but oh they can lively up a party. As the old sayng goes sometimes the world is a small place. thata's great you met up with her after these many yrs. Hopefully thing will go well with both of you and friendship can reunite...

in the morning is our Ladies Brunch at Church, then Sunday is our pot luck dinner after the services.

Bless GLoria's heart she not been feeling good for the last 2 days.. allegies..

train, I've been busy watching past episodes of Big Bang Theory so I haven't seen Voices yet but the commercials for it look fantastic

barbar I keep reading about all the neat things you do and think, someday I'll be retired and without kids in the house too, ha ha ha! think that could ever happen? don't know but you sure give me a good vision for the fun that could be had

am here now. Did not make it to
church today hurting lots thanks
to cold/snow and also would not
risk falling on the porch since the
snow last nite. Not much fell but
still steps were slippery.
Sharon hope Buck will not have

I have a bruise on top of left arm
because of brace I have to wear
while in bed. So sore so have
not worn it in last couple nites.
I can not get down to scrub floors
anymore since knee and hip surgeries

Sunday School didn't go to smoothly. One little girl that comes about once a month, can be hyper child, this morning it was that away.. she a sweety, but forcus is another issue.. then had one child that shouldn't been in my class but wanted to be with bigger brother.. so I allow him to stay.. I did this one time before and he behave very well, this time, his little focus was creating a little problem, then with the one the other one that didn't stay focus they were bouncing off of each other.. Btw the 2 hyper kids was the older brother.. he was bouncing off of the other 2 kids.. I just couldn't keep thier focus into the lesson..then I had one child that was much older than these 3.. bless her heart. not sure how much she got from the lesson..

Our lesson was on Fruit of the Spirit of Love.. Each one made a big Valentine Heart and thier mission from me was to give that heart to someone that loved.. The little brother cut his in half.. and his brother told him that was not the way he suppose to have done it.. LOL.. the other hyper child chime right in about that.. I held up my Fruit of the Spirit card and remind them of " Love" as well as "Self Control"

The Pot luck after the sermon was good, Gloria didn't go as she was still under the weather..

There is a man about my age that is a widower, I got a nice hug from him since it was VDay.. which felt good since I hadn't been hugged like that in a long time.. LOL
I even got a little peck on the forehead from him.. wow.. a surprize...

Sat after the women Brunch I stayed to help clean up and to get ready for today...
then I went to Michaels.. I was a dollar short and a sweet lady behind me gave me a dollar..as I was going to go to my car to get into my change jar.. I thanked her, but she didn't want anything back in return.. so I told her I would pay it forward... and since my ss lesson was on love, I would tell the story to the kids.. which I did.
It amazing How GOD will use different situations to reforce a lesson to us where we can learn or use n some way..
