Since I am a red hatter and know one other person who is now with FC, was wondering if we have any other that may be a pink or a red hatter in our midst on FC.. if so speak up. would love to hear from you !!!!

that's ok that you need to ask.
are you familar with the red hat society group? if so they are the same thing, but under 50 and they wear pink hats instead of red hats, and they wear the lavender colors instead of purple... some belongs to the same chapters as the red hatters does, and others forms their own chaptes.
In our chapter we have 2 pink hatters...
Also, when a lady who is under 50 and wearing pink turns the magic number of 50 then a party that is called REDuation is thrown and the lady is presented with her first red hat.....It is really a lot of fun and a fun way to turn 50...

Thank you for the "pink hatter" explanation! My mom is a red hatter, but I had never heard of the other. Of course, since my last birthday, I qualify to wear red (although I'm not a member of any hatter society)!
If you join, you will be amazed at the peoples reactions....Do you and your mom live close by? if so, perhaps you would be able to join her chapter...We have two mother/daughter members..It really is a lot of fun getting together...Let us know if you decide to join...Glo

My mother and I live on opposite coasts, so we couldn't join the same chapter. It sounds these chapters are a lot of fun, so I'll keep it in mind for the future!
