Cooking Outside When Too Hot To Cook Inside!

I took a suggestion from the Amish Community we frequent! I moved my counter top oven out to my deck! I had been getting up during the night to bake, but on those nights I'm too tired to do that some of the fresh fruits seem to go bad and become chicken feed (so not really wasted). But anyway, I have 2 quarts of blackberries and one needed to be used NOW! So I moved my counter top oven out to the deck and my blackberry cobbler is cooking now; the only bad part is no good smells in the house! lol Luckily I had outdoor plugs put on my deck and down on my porch and those sure have come in useful! We even had a satellite TV connection put on the deck! lol

What ways are you baking in this heat?
