My Ds has started drinking green tea and is having amazing results with his glucose readings . Could stop taking some of his meds since He started drinking it in the morning and at night. Checked the internet and found others that have benefitted from it too.

My dd drank it and had major problems with rapid heart beatings. My dh is diabetic but am a little afraid as he has heart problems.
