Hooray April is here.

April Fools Day, how many play jokes and pranks on the unsuspecting people in your world?

April spring showers bring May flowers. I am hoping all the snow melts and we don't get anymore.

And best of all is Easter! I know little ones expect the Easter Bunny to bring candy and other good things.
But let us remember the real meaning of Easter. Jesus has risen!

Happy Friday everyone. April brings my mom and oldest nephew's birthdays. Looking forward to Easter and the celebrations.

Hoping for the warmer weather to get here. I want to start working outisde in my flower beds.

I play little jokes on the kids if I think about it.

Bunch of birthdays again this month.
DH's grandmothers would have been today.
The 10th is bil, the 12th my sister Elaine.
13th anniversary for Jamie.
14th, my godson's birthday
18th, a nieces 20th or 21st birthday. I can't remember, lol.
DH's sisters is the 28th.

Today is a snow day here so I have the day off. We are getting over a foot of snow! My lawn was almost clear but now it is covered again. This is the heavy wet snow so hopefully it won't last long. I am so ready for spring. This month my dd turns 24 on the 20th and on April 24 I leave for Florida with my best friend to visit another good friend. I am so excited! I haven't gone on a fun trip like this since 1997 when I went to Orlando with dh. He was taking a class but we did get one day at Disney World. This trip will be all about fun with my girlfriends. I hope everyone is having a good day!

Sammi how much snow did you get today? It pretty much by passed us. Thank goodness.

Happy April to you all. I am enjoying the weekend my hubby and kids. Got invited to a wedding vow renewal next wednesday night. We thinking of go, I think it will be fun. It is a friend mine's sister and I have known her since I was kid. She celebrating her 20th wedding anniversary. Also got invited to a church revival next week too. I am looking forward to this weekend and next week. Thinking of buying a new patio set too. Our old table was glass and was old and eventually it broke. I have found some cheaper deals on some new ones, but if I find a good used set I won't turn it down. As the old table we had, we paid $10 for it from a relative when they had a yard sale and just needed the cash and were moving to another state. We got lots of good use out it too. Thinking of repainting my front porch bench this year. It was stained when we got it, but had faded over time. Might even paint the green wrought iron black instead too.

Spent the day cleaning, grocery shopping and doing laundry. Made a homemade beef vegetable soup for dinner.

Stephanie got a letter from Lockhaven University today. She made it into the Honors Program this fall for her freshman year. I am so happy for her. This was the only college that she applied to. This just makes it more special for her with getting this.

Hi all, been sunny and rainy today. It is 46 degrees now suppose to be 62 tomorrow and no rain so hoping I get to church in the morning. Monday is suppose to be in the 70's that will be nice.
Gina & I were at Rite Aid last nite and they had the heavy plastic bench on sale so I bought it. Wish it was green like the two chairs on other side of porch but they both have Rose design so that makes me happy. Will sit out there on Monday and read and watch the birds and Panda. Have not put any hummer food out yet guess will do that too either tomorrow or Monday.
