Scullery maids, etc.

What are the servants of a castle called?

Charwoman-cleaning woman
Scullery maid-scrubs floors
Footmen-attendant to a rider or required to run in front of his master's carriage.

chauffeur for present day castles, upstairs maid, downstairs maid, seamstress, laundress, gardeners, stablehands, governess, personal secretary. I'm trying to remember what I've seen in the movies. There are bound to be electricians, carpenters, windowwashers, etc. too.

Train, I wish. I am planning a baby shower for Ashley, she is having a girl. After 3 boys I want her to feel like a Princess so I'm wanting to do a Princess shower.

I want to learn a little about all the people who are employed in a castle.
Scullery maids we given the tougher jobs in the kitchen such as scrubbing the floors, etc.

I wish I could go with Mark to Ireland.

There is a valet to take care of the gentlemen's clothing.
There is a coachman.
A lady in waiting.
A butler
Maids to serve meals.
Housekeeping staff
Chef and cook's helpers
Guards

I wonder how many of each there were. Also wonder what they were paid. I am thinking back to Cinderella times, not todays times.
