What did you learn today?

I am trying to learn one thing everyday. Mostly trying to work through some not so good habits. Want to focus on the positive!

Today I learned I do great during a crisis. A week later I crash. lol

Today I learned that I am still battling the same feelings. Working on them again. I guess ignoring them didn't make them go away. lol Back to the drawing board.

Today I learned what erysipelas was (it's a disease). When reading a book, if something is mentioned and I am not sure what it is or I want to know more about it, I look it up online. Another example, I learned that the first ever documented serial killer was born here in NH. Hmmm, not sure that is something to be advertised LOL

Today I learned that usually there really are 2 sides to every story and to follow my gut instincts. I was put into an awkward situation with a "friend" and the results could've turned out positive for him but it could've me look not so good. I followed through with what I said I was going to do for this person and in the end, I can hold my head high with a clear conscious. I wasn't given the whole story by this "friend" but I because of the way I handled myself, I was told the real story. It's complicated but I did learn something about myself today.

Tami, I learned a long time ago to always trust your instincts.

Today I learned that it is really cool having a dictionary on my Kindle and learned how to use it. (it comes already downloaded on new Kindles)
