Your children

Where do your children get their looks from? More from you or more from hubby?
And how about you, from your mom or your dad?

Are there more girls or boys in your family?

What about twins or multiples? Do they run in your family?

I definetely have my dads genes. My mom is fair skinned, blonde (when she was young) and hazel eyes. Small boned and short in stature.

I have dark hair, olive skin, dark brown eyes and am tall like my dad. Unfortunately my dad is the one who carries the weight and I have that too!!!!
My brother and sister are smaller boned like my mom though we all three have dads dark eyes. I also have my dads personality and peculiarities (sit with my hand up over my head when watching TV, stick my tongue out when I am out of breath, or concentrating...)

We have 6 nieces, no boys in our family!!!!

There are no twins in my family for any generations that i know of.

Another thing interesting in my family is we have many leftys. Both my aunt and uncle are lefties and 3 of my 6 nieces are lefties. My sister and I are both ambidexterous, me to a point that I never knew which hand to learn a new sport with when I was little! LOL!

hugs, train

I would say my oldest son gets his looksmore from my side of the family...not so much me but my dad and brother. My middle son looks more like my hubby and his side of the family. According to everyone my dd looks alot like me.....

In my immediate family it was just my brother and I but with our kids there are more boys.....4 to 1 girl. As for cousins it is pretty even across the board with boys and girls......many of my cousins have more than 3 kids.

No twins or multiples in our family that I know about ...maybe generations back but none in the recent generations.

That is funny about the lefty's...my brother is a lefty...my dad uses both for sports. All my kids are right handed but my middle son uses his left for sports.

Because my dad was adopted we may have family history that we know nothing about. He has tried to get his files opened to find out medical history but has not gotten very far.

One thing weird in our family is my grandmother, mom and I all have our little toe on our left foot that the joint sits sideways......we thought my dd would have the same but it is my middle son who has it.

hugs debbie

I looked a lot like my dad and my Mom's mother.

My son looks like my dh (but lately I've had 3 people out of the blue say how much he looks like me - he also favored my dad when he was little but he has my dh's father's ears.) and my daughter is the spitting image of me as a little girl with my dad's little ears.

Yes, twins run in both sides of my family. Everyone thought that I might be the next one to have twins ....but I didn't.

I have one sister and one brother. My sister has 2 boys, my brother one girl and I have one of each! My daughter being the youngest grandchild.

My Mom and Dad were lefties. My sister and brother are lefties....and I'm a rightie! My dh and kids are all righties. My sister's kids are both lefties and my brother's daughter is a rightie - but so is her mother.

Lets see my 2 bio brothers and I all got our looks from Dad and fair skin too. I got Mom's nose.
My oldest dau looks more like me (poor darlin') then Gina takes her looks from my Mom's Mom but at the same time you can see she and older dau smile pretty much alike. Judy looks like her Dad other than being female she is nothing like me. Kenny also looks like his Dad but all of them have traits like me.

Well my 2 brothers take after my mom and my sis & I both take after my dad. I have his personality also, Thank you God. My kids look like me but have much more of my dh personality. When they were teens I used to tell my dh I only signed up for 1 of you and now I have 2. My oldest dd is her dad without the outdoor plumping. Sometimes they drive me crazy. My sisters 5 dd all look like my kids as well.None could tell whose kids were whose . My brothers kids are like their moms in looks
