Happy Birthday to Mark!!
Nope, I'm not watching the Super Bowl this year...or at least not intentionally. I'm bummed about my team not making it to the playoffs and then my dh's team not making it to the bowl. I can't stand the Saints and their quarterback so I'm hoping that Peyton and his Colts win --but I do wish that someone would knock the "perfectness" out of Peyton.
I told my daughter that she and I would go to the movies and out to dinner or to the mall during the day when all of the hubbub was on before the game. We will probably be home for most of the game but I can busy myself here, too. I will have to cook dinner and make snacks for my dh and ds to eat while we are gone.
Our biblestudy small group is meeting a lil' early then having a get together. We will be playing games... Apples to Apples and Sequence, while others watch the game. Our church is having a Superbowl party and I had planned to go until I had joined this small group. Thats the plan. We'll have party foods, everyone will take something! I am not even into the game. My teams aren't playing...and then I am not really into football~

We are all watching it, I’m excited this year as I had my dd play a square for me. It makes the game a little more interesting. I’m hoping for the Saints to win cause the Colts beat the Bears the last time and the Saints never have been there before. We are having Mozzarella sticks, wings, cheese chili dip and hot dogs.

My dd and I have decided to go see "The Tooth Fairy". We are going to meet her "boy" friend, his mom & sister to go with us. This will all be before the game during all of the hyped up pregame stuff. We'll probably make it home for most of the game because my dh has to work that night so I will need to cook dinner.
Our large extended family will meet at 2:00 for family fun day at the community ball field that we reserved. Then we will watch the Super Bowl and eat too much. One daughter will make Jambalaya and I will make Pasta Fagioli. I think most of the family is for the Saints.

I made my Superbowl chili today! Tomorrow I am making Rachel Rays "BLT Guacamole Dip!" We are just having a few couples over, tiny house, you know... We are potlucking so I don't have a lot of cooking to do.
I am not into football but Mark, dad and the guys like watching the game. I will have quidler and rumikube out for whoever wants to play.
