We go to church on Sunday at noon but I picked church. In the morning, we just relax. The late start time for church is great since the kids like to sleep in, and we don't have any big fights about waking up. Those of us who wake up earlier have a relaxing morning.
I try hard not to do any laundry or housework on Sunday unless absolutely necessary. Just the cooking & cleanup for the day's meals. Otherwise it is "just another day" for me.
I don't sleep in really any day of the week, I'm usually up with the sun but on a sunday morning I love to go get the paper, make breakfast for whoever is up and taking my breakfast to bed to read the paper.
I've never been one to sleep in, holiday or weekend or a weekday they are all the same to me!
I put catching up on tv shows, laundry & other household chores. I don't do any sewing at all on Sundays. Other than cooking the main meal of the day & cleaning up afterwards, I usually just make a lazy day of it.
I felt guilty putting anything other than church but I put time with family becasue that is what we do, and if church is included (bec sometimes we go to Sat church or late like Barbszy) then it is still great time with family....I like just being together, it doesn't get to happen too often anymore. I used to make a big hot meal but not so much, just being together is nice even if we all eat cold cereal (that doesn't sound very good now does it? maybe we'll see the return of the hot meal then....

My dh and I like to get up and have brunch at an outdoor restaurant where we can read the Sunday newspapers. We pick a sunny table, and we get sooooo relaxed!!
