Hi guys!
Another quick pop-in for me. Don't worry, nothing wrong here.
This weekend is my church's Christmas bazaar. I have been working at the church late every night this week to help set up the hall. I got there at 8:15 this morning and worked at my booth all day long. I popped upstairs for Mass at 4pm and then back downstairs to finish out the bazaar until almost 6:30pm. Tomorrow the bazaar will run from 10am to 3pm. I'll be there all day again. I'll get home just in time to go to bowling. Jason was with me all day today. His booth today was the "Over Under" game, mine was the penny roll game. Same as I did last year and also in the summer. I set up the whole booth//game by myself, though. No help. Jason and I covered for each other for breaks and when I helped elsewhere. Even though he only helped because I made him, he still did a good job. He'll be with me tomorrow all day, too.
I know Thanksgiving is coming up. I want to say
"Happy Thanksgiving!"
to all of you now, just in case I can't get back here before then. Monday night I'll be cleaning up my house for the holiday and then doing some shopping for the dinner. I already have my turkey. This is the first time since 1983 that I have had to buy my own turkey. I always gotten a fresh bird from my old job. This year I have a new job and they don't give out turkeys. So I had to buy one, frozen. Hubby just asked me tonight if I took it out of the freezer...I checked the package...it can wait till Mon.
I'll probably be back before Thanksgiving but I won't be able to catch up on the posts. That will have to come after the holiday.
Friday, I'll be out in the wee hours trying to get a GPS at one of the stores. I'm gonna try for the one at Walmart. Wish me luck.
